We welcome children and teens. Training is tailored to each student's age, experience, and individual goals.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows free movement. Bare feet or grip socks are recommended.

Our coaches have a rhythmic gymnastics background and extensive experience in flexibility and strength training for dancers and athletes.

For the best results, we recommend attending at least 1–2 classes per week and practicing consistently.
